If you are a consumer who has a complaint against a current member that is is listed on this website, please follow the procedures as set out below in order for our association to assist you.
 
 As Follows:
 
  1. You can email the PMA Secretariat - Charlene Hadzhiyski at info@pmamovers.co.za or phone her on the following number:
    011 974 4399
    for initial assistance.

  2. All complaints must then be put in writing in order for our Regional Chairperson to be able to respond to your complaints relating to our member.

  3. If you feel the complaint has not been dealt with to your satisfaction by the Regional Chairperson, you can then address your issues in writing to the PMA President of South Africa C/O The Secretary, at the above email address.
